The location is quite nice between Termini and Colosseum, everything is in walking distance. Maria, the owner is a lovely person and is very engaged to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I would recommend it and come back for another stay in Rome.

Value for money and very good location. minutes away from the Cavour metro stop and walking distance from Termini, Piazza dela Repubblica, Colosseum and the Roman Forum. The lady is really sweet, helpful and cleaned the room daily.

The B&B is situated within a block of apartments. there is nothing bad, it is very quiet , however it's good to know for some travellers ...

The location was excellent, with a train station close to the hotel, and everything was fine, making it a top choice for me in the future.

Barely a 10 min walk from the Colloseum, with a few decent eating options with restaurants close by. The lady at the reception was extremely sweet and very helpful. She really helped make our stay as nice and comfortable as possible. We would definitely look forward to staying there again during out next trip to Rome.

During our stay at Urbana 33, we were impressed with the central location, making it easy to explore the city. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a small dining area. The bathroom was decent, and we appreciated the presence of a kitchenette, although some additional dinnerware would have been nice.

What really stood out to us was the customer service. When we arrived, there was a mix-up with the room location, but after a discussion with the staff, we were able to get a room at the address that was originally listed.

The employees are very, very nice and amicable.

Urbana 33 was a great apartment hotel with brand new decor in the heart of Monti in Rome (great location) and Maria was a fantastic host.

Small suggestion may be to have 2 keys per room for ease of guests.

Good location. Termini train station is about a 20 minute walk and the Colosseum is about 15 minute walk.

This hotel is classified as a "bed and breakfast", but there is no breakfast. Wifi is not available in all locations, laptop computer was not provided in-room as advertised, hot water not always available, and lights didn't always work.

Actually, Urbana 33 are rooms in a flat, and its true that the building doesn't look really nice outside, but the place inside is awesome, the rooms and baths are new, and the situation is perfect, 10 mins walking metro, Colisseo, Termini and city centre. The breakfast is cheap and the coffee is very good. And maria is the best from this place!! El edificio engaña por fuera, porque por dentro esta reformado entero; los baños estan perfectos, el desayuno muy recomendable por ese precio, y Maria es un encanto!! Grazzie mile Maria!! Il caffé e molto buono!!

The outside building is a little crappy, but its just the front. El edificio por fuera no está bien, pero por dentro el piso y las habitaciones están perfectas.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is situated next to all of the historical attractions. Even though the area may seem a bit sketchy, it is quite easy to get to the different tourist spots from here. the room and bathroom are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. There are a few facilities that guests can take advantage of, such as complimentary breakfast and a beautiful view of the city.

The noise from the street can be quite overwhelming at times.

Very clean and tidy and a great location would stay again as it was a refreshing change to find a clean and friendly place at a reasonable price in Rome

Just that sometimes a bit noisy at times in the reception area as there were gaps in the doors so you could hear conversations/footsteps outside the room but apart from that it was lovely and would definately recommend.

-good place near colosseum, many restaurants, bars and shops -we could see colosseum from the window -clean, quiet

-not on Urbana 33, got only keys there. The room was on via dei Serpenti -no safebox, no reception, no luggage storage like declared! (but we could leave the room later at 14,00)
